As the Head of Franchise for PT. Pendekar Bodoh in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in driving our franchise network's growth and success. You will work closely with our corporate office to develop and implement franchise strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that all franchise locations deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of food quality and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement franchise growth strategies to expand our brand presence in Jakarta.
• Oversee the performance of franchise managers and ensure they meet our operational and sales targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to monitor quality, service, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to develop and update franchise manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of franchise managers to enhance their leadership and management skills.
• Monitor and analyze franchise performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all franchise locations comply with health and safety regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in franchise management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully expanding and managing franchise networks.
• Strong understanding of the fast-food industry and familiarity with franchise operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using franchise management software such as FranConnect or Franchise Management Software (FMS).
• Certification in franchise management or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to franchise locations, both within and outside Jakarta.
