As an Assistant Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and processes.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of local job market and industry trends.
