📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage the store's inventory and ensure optimal stock levels,Train and develop the store staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
