Silver Star Pratama is looking for a dedicated Assistant Telesales to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system.,Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely responses and follow-through.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for the sales team.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
