Bidang Joko Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Sanur branch. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our business and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for baking and food service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high performance and productivity.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
