📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in B2C, B2B, and B2G markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
Manage and track sales pipelines and forecast revenue growth.
Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
Present business proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in B2C, B2B, or B2G markets.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
