📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the auto service center.
  • Ensure that all services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure quality service.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the workplace is safe and secure.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and safety requirements are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the auto service industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in auto repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
