📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and implement documentation processes and procedures,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Provide technical writing training and support to team members,Ensure all technical documentation meets quality standards,Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver appropriate documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
