Sumber Wati Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 6.000.000 to Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.,Provide training and development opportunities for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
