📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the planning and execution of branch events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and management tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a retail or service industry is a plus.
