📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Support the operations manager in managing the team and ensuring high performance standards.,Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of operational processes.,Provide operational support during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Bilingual (Indonesian and English) is a plus.
