📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and coordinate routes and schedules to optimize fuel efficiency and delivery times.,Maintain and service vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.,Monitor and report on vehicle performance and maintenance needs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Train and develop new drivers to ensure high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of route planning and navigation software.,Understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
