📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Work closely with the management team to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.,Participate in cost control and budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs.,Experience in developing and implementing new menu items.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
