📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy team.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all pharmacy records and documentation.,Oversee the preparation and distribution of medications to patients.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication administration.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.,Implement and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Monitor and report on pharmacy inventory and usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Certification as a Pharmacist Assistant (APhA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software is a plus.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role.
