ZAP Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team. As a Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to maintain a secure environment.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and operate security equipment, such as CCTV systems and alarm systems.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires and contractors.,Train and supervise junior security guards to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and procedures.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or a related role.,Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.,Familiarity with security equipment, CCTV systems, and alarm systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese.,Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
