📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and check-ins.,Handle front desk operations, including mail and package reception.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise at the reception desk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
