📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
