We are a popular sate restaurant in Tanjung Balai, known for our delicious and authentic Indonesian dishes. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant's food quality, presentation, and consistency meet or exceed customer expectations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the restaurant's menu is well-executed and meets the highest standards of quality.,Ensure that the restaurant's staff is well-trained, motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the Indonesian food industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
