📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Increase sales revenue through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
