📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales pipeline and tracking sales activities.,Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.,Maintain and update customer and prospect databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.,Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings, calls, and events.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.,Support the development of sales strategies and initiatives by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with customers and prospects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
