📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, taxes, and deductions,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting,Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus
