Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management to drive people initiatives.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR to drive innovation and excellence.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and driving business results.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficient in using HR software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
