In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of M&E systems in commercial buildings. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of M&E systems in commercial buildings.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the M&E industry.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the M&E industry, with a focus on commercial buildings.
  • Proven track record of success in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
