Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Senior NPI Production Support Specialist to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. As a Senior NPI Production Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, from the initial planning stages to final production ramp-up. Your expertise and experience will be instrumental in driving process improvements and maintaining high-quality standards in our manufacturing operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and guidance to NPI teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production ramp-up.,Conduct process characterization and validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.,Develop and implement process control plans to maintain product quality and consistency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing yield.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and efficient production processes.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production defects and non-conformities.,Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on process development and support.,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and metrology.,Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools, such as Minitab or JMP.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with industry standards, such as SEMI, ISO, and ITRS, is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
