Point Place Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.

As a Senior Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. You will also be responsible for managing the cash register, handling transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assisting in the sales process, including stocking products, pricing items, and processing transactions.
  • Managing the cash register, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Assisting in inventory management, including counting stock, ordering supplies, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Promoting products and services to customers, both in-store and online.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Experience in cash handling and cash register management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
