📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, estimates, and project plans to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including building codes, regulations, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
