📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Experience in managing a team and driving performance improvement.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
