Moon Code Indonesia is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and development.

In this role, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values, and ensure that all hiring decisions align with these principles.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
