📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Verify and process agent accreditation applications, ensuring all documents and information are accurate and complete.
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure agents meet our compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess and approve agent applications.
- Monitor and manage the accreditation status of agents, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
- Utilize our proprietary Accreditation Management System (AMS) and industry-standard software such as Salesforce and SAP to streamline the accreditation process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all agent accreditation information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to agents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our accreditation processes are up-to-date and compliant.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
- Proficient in using our proprietary Accreditation Management System (AMS) and industry-standard software such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
