📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Train and mentor cashiers to maintain high standards of service and financial integrity.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and report on cashiering performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with store managers to implement and enforce financial policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related financial role.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as SAP or similar software.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
