📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and conduct fitness classes using various equipment and techniques.
• Instruct members on proper form, technique, and safety during workouts.
• Monitor and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Provide personalized attention to members, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve class offerings and member satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Fitness, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
• Certification from recognized fitness organizations such as ACE, NASM, or AFAA.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of various fitness equipment and techniques.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
