In this role, you will manage and oversee the entire import process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our suppliers, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to navigate the complexities of international trade. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire import process, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth import operations.
Monitor and maintain compliance with import/export regulations, including but not limited to, customs duties, tariffs, and trade agreements.
Ensure all imported products meet quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement import strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of import processes to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with changes in import regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Certification in regulatory compliance or international trade would be a plus.
