You will work closely with our suppliers, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to navigate the complexities of international trade. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the entire import process, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth import operations.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with import/export regulations, including but not limited to, customs duties, tariffs, and trade agreements.
• Ensure all imported products meet quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement import strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of import processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with changes in import regulations and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in regulatory compliance or international trade would be a plus.
