In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and our various departments. You'll also be involved in organizing and executing special events, such as weddings and corporate retreats, adding a personal touch to our guests' experiences. Our resort uses industry-standard software like PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and various departments.
- Organize and execute special events, such as weddings and corporate retreats.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other service departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in the development and implementation of guest satisfaction programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records using PMS and CRM tools.
- Contribute to the overall ambiance and service quality of the resort.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a 5-star resort setting.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with PMS and CRM tools is a plus.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
