Experienced Server (Restaurant, Skybar, Lounge & Club Lounge) - Bali

In this role, you’ll be the heart of our service, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience at our iconic Skybar, Lounge, Club Lounge, and Restaurant locations.

As an Experienced Server, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, serving a diverse range of guests, from local tourists to international VIPs. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing tables, and ensuring our high standards of hospitality are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional service to guests at our Skybar, Lounge, Club Lounge, and Restaurant locations.
• Manage tables, including seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt and accurate service.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Uphold the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing demands of the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in high-energy environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Quick Service, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for luxury dining and nightlife, with a desire to provide unforgettable experiences for our guests.
