📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify and process agent accreditation applications, ensuring all documents and information are accurate and complete.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure agents meet our compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to assess and approve agent applications.
• Monitor and manage the accreditation status of agents, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
• Utilize our proprietary Accreditation Management System (AMS) and industry-standard software such as Salesforce and SAP to streamline the accreditation process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all agent accreditation information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to agents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our accreditation processes are up-to-date and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
• Proficient in using our proprietary Accreditation Management System (AMS) and industry-standard software such as Salesforce and SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
