As our Finance and Accounting Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. You'll work closely with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial controls and processes. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in a fast-paced, international environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using SAP and Oracle Financialis.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain financial controls and processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing management with accurate and timely financial information.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
• Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff to maintain high standards of financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financialis, with a strong understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with international financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
